Welcome to The Grid. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Grid — the official digital fan platform of World Long Drive ("WLD") — including the 539 Club membership program, WLD Play predictions, athlete follows, member polls, the Drive Visualizer, Grid Pulse live updates, and the text message alert program.

The Grid is the official digital fan platform of World Long Drive ("WLD," "we," "us," or "our"). World Long Drive fans and community members are the users of The Grid, the 539 Club and all related communications. By creating an account, joining the 539 Club, or using any part of The Grid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• The Grid is intended for general audiences and users aged 13 and older.
• You must provide a valid email address when creating a 539 Club account, and you must confirm ownership of that email address before your account becomes fully active.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and secure.
• One account per person, please. We may suspend or remove accounts that are fraudulent, automated, abusive, or created with an email address you do not own.

The 539 Club is a free membership program for World Long Drive fans. There is no purchase necessary to join, and membership never requires payment. Membership benefits may include early content access, member polls, prediction games (WLD Play), personalized features and event communications. We may add, change or retire benefits at any time as The Grid evolves.

WLD Play lets members make predictions about World Long Drive competitions and content. Points are awarded only after official competition results are recorded and verified. Predictions are for entertainment purposes; points, picks and standings carry no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for anything of value. Standings and percentages are calculated from member activity and may be adjusted to correct errors, remove fraudulent activity or reflect verified official results.

By opting in to text alerts, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from World Long Drive at the mobile number you provide. These messages include broadcast reminders and event updates, approximately one message per broadcast during event weeks.

• Opt-in is voluntary; consent is not a condition of purchase or membership.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or turn texts off or remove your number in My WLD. Reply HELP for help.
• We record the time and wording of your opt-in consent. Carriers may require proof of this consent, and we keep those records accordingly.
• You confirm the mobile number you provide is yours or that you have permission to use it. We are not liable for messages sent to a number you mistakenly provide.
• Carriers and mobile operators are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier.

You agree not to:

• Use The Grid for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Create accounts with automated tools, fake identities or email addresses you do not control.
• Attempt to manipulate polls, picks, standings or any feature through multiple accounts, scripts or other abuse.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Impersonate any person, athlete or World Long Drive staff member.

The Grid, the 539 Club, and all World Long Drive content, logos, marks, video, photography and event materials are the property of World Long Drive and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, republish or distribute platform content outside of personal, non-commercial fan use without written permission.

Merch reservations, waitlists and interest registrations on The Grid are non-binding expressions of interest. They do not create an order, a purchase, or a reservation guarantee, and no payment is collected through The Grid. Any future purchase terms will be presented separately at that time.

The Grid is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep schedules, live updates, results and features accurate and available, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or that information (including competition results and broadcast times) will always be complete or current. Broadcast times and event details are subject to change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Long Drive disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of The Grid.

You may stop using The Grid and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or where required by law or by our service providers (including mobile carriers).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of The Grid shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

We may update these Terms as The Grid evolves; the latest version will always be posted here. Continued use of The Grid after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
