The Grid is the official digital fan platform of World Long Drive ("WLD," "we," or "us"). World Long Drive fans and community members are the users of The Grid, the 539 Club and all related communications, including text message alerts.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use The Grid, join the 539 Club, play WLD Play, or sign up for alerts, and how we use it.

When you create a 539 Club account or use The Grid, we may collect:

• Account details: email address, display name and password (stored securely).
• Membership profile: optional details you share such as location, interests and favourite athletes.
• Mobile number, only if you opt in to text alerts, along with your opt-in consent record and verification status.
• Fan activity: picks you make in WLD Play, athletes you follow, poll votes, content you watch and features you use.
• Interest you register for merch, fan events and future membership concepts, including the email address you provide.

• To run your account, save your picks, follows and standings.
• To personalise My WLD and the content we show you.
• To send the broadcast text or email alerts you asked for, and marketing communications where you have given consent.
• To understand, in aggregate, what fans enjoy so we can improve events, content and The Grid.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with sponsors or advertisers in a way that identifies you personally.

Text alerts are optional and require your express consent. When you opt in you agree to receive recurring automated text messages about World Long Drive broadcasts and events at the number you provide, about one message per broadcast. These messages are sent by World Long Drive only to fans and community members who have opted in. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, turning texts off in My WLD, or removing your number. Reply HELP for help. We record the time and wording of your consent so we can honour your choices.

Marketing consent is separate from creating an account. If you opt in, we may email you about WLD events, content, merch and fan opportunities. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

We use trusted service providers for hosting, database, authentication and message delivery. They may process your information only to provide those services to World Long Drive and under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information while your account is active. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. Members can remove their stored phone number and alert preferences directly in My WLD.

The Grid is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as The Grid evolves; the latest version will always be posted here.
